Benaoján's locality is placed in the Nature reserve of Grazalema's Saw, near the Nature reserves of the Alcornocales and the Saw of the Snow, is far 17 kilometres of the City of the Tajo and 136 kilometres of the capital (Malaga). From Ronda, one accedes to Benaoján for the road A-376.
